I’m 25, Brazilian, father of two cats, completely
obsessed with videogames and astronomy nerd.
Currently I'm working as a Creative Art Director at Wieden+Kennedy São Paulo.
Did I plan this? Kind of. Did it unfold exactly as planned?
Not really.
I started my career in a college contest I almost skipped.
After being convinced by one of my friends, it turned out to be
my one-way ticket into advertising.
The prize was a one-month gig at a dream agency.
Two hundred duos entered. Somehow, I managed to win.
Then it started. I turned that one month into an internship, which was an exception btw.
Five months later, I earned a full-time role as an Assistant Art Director.
A year after that, I became an Art Director.
And here I am. Still doing the same thing I did back in the day.
Trying really (really) hard to make the kind of things that made
me fall in love with advertising in the first place.
Also, besides being an Art Director, I really love writing.
My mom was a Portuguese teacher and always said
I had an innate talent for it.
