In 2000, Corinthians won the first FIFA Club World Cup. A real tournament.
A real trophy. A real champion. Years later, Palmeiras, their biggest rival,
received a fax from FIFA recognizing a 1951 title as a “world championship.”
One team made history. The other printed it.
To launch Corinthians’ new jersey, inspired by the 2000 kit, we decided
to celebrate not just the title, but the glory of owning it, with a friendly reminder
presented in a film and among a series of photos.
Real titles shine under stadium lights.
Not office lights.
